Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items once they’ve been shipped.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@tranquiltails.pet with:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

We’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund once your claim is approved.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval and will be issued to your original form of payment.

If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
